What we collect
When you book a meeting, request a callback or write to us, we process: your name, institution, e-mail address or phone number, your message, the chosen date and time, your language, and the time of your consent. For security we store an irreversible hash of your IP address instead of the address itself.
Purpose and legal basis
We use these data only to answer your request and to organise the meeting. Legal basis: your consent (Moroccan Law 09-08, art. 4; GDPR art. 6(1)(a)) and steps prior to a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future.
Recipients
Only our team handles your request. Technical service providers act on our behalf under data processing agreements: our web host and our e-mail provider (smtp.strato.de). We never sell data and use no advertising services.
Storage period
Requests are deleted automatically 12 months after they are closed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
Cookies and third parties
Without your consent this website sets only technically necessary cookies (language, security). Statistics are loaded only if you agree in the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings”. Fonts are hosted on our own server; no data is sent to Google or other third parties when you visit the site.
Artificial intelligence
This website does not use AI to make decisions about you. In GovEvent deployments, AI features support staff (drafts, translations, team suggestions); AI output is labelled and always confirmed by a person, in line with the transparency and human-oversight principles of the EU AI Act. Each AI feature can be switched off by the administrator.
Transfers abroad
If data are processed outside Morocco or the European Union, this happens only within the framework of the CNDP rules (Law 09-08) and with appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification and erasure, to object for legitimate reasons, to restriction, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Write to mouncif@ubcg.net. You may lodge a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma) or with a data protection supervisory authority in the EU.
Security
Encrypted transmission (HTTPS), role-based access for staff, password hashing, encrypted storage of e-mail credentials, protection against automated abuse and an audit log of all actions on a request.
